Fire Alarm Monitoring
As per NFPA 72, the National Fire Alarm and Signaling Cod, and IBC, the International Building Code, every Fire Alarm requires at least two paths of communication for all Fire Alarm Data. Additionally, this data must be monitored 24/7 in order to allow for immediate dispatch. In accordance with this, we work with a monitoring station to make sure that these requirements are met.
Over our years of experience, we have learned that not all methods of communication are equal. In an effort to provide you with the best service and because every second counts when an emergency arises, we offer a UL Listed and approved private military grade wireless radio network tailored specifically for our Fire Alarm data. This means that you do not have to worry about the cable companies removing your copper lines, or cellular companies, like Verizon or AT&T, throttling your reception when you need it most.
Finally, it must be said that all Fire Alarm products or products related to the Fire Alarm, such as methods of communication, must be compliant and approved by UL, Underwriter’s Laboratory, or the National Fire Protection Association. There are methods of communication that simply do not meet these requirements or have not been tested. As such, we cannot install those products or connect them to your Fire Alarm as they are a liability and open you up to lawsuits. Furthermore, performing such actions can and most likely will void your insurance.
24 Hour Emergency Response
